A message from our CEO regarding COVID-19

STATUS UPDATE : The Motocaddy offices are now OPEN, however our Customer Support team is currently working at a reduced capacity to allow us to follow government guidelines and ensure a safe working environment for our staff.

Due to this reduced capacity, as a temporary measure our phone lines are available Monday to Friday (10am - 1pm and 2pm - 5pm). Call volumes are currently very high, so it may take us longer than usual to answer your call. Alternatively, our Customer Support team can also be contacted via email at info@motocaddy.com

Our warehouse is working to a reduced rota and we have introduced a wide-range of additional safety and social distancing measures to ensure the health and well-being of our colleagues. Motocaddy deliveries may take longer than normal and we have increased our delivery estimation to 7 working days, but will be quicker in most cases.

Dear Motocaddy Customer,

In these increasingly uncertain times, the thoughts of everyone at Motocaddy go out to those who have been affected by the Coronavirus. In the face of this pandemic, we do hope golf may be a place of respite and positivity in the coming weeks or months.

We are doing everything we can to help our customers and our team to stay healthy and safe; whether that’s through the products we sell, the experience through our retail partners, or the support we provide to our employees.

We are doing everything possible to keep our business functioning as normally as possible, while following the latest advice and guidance from the UK Government & Public Health England.

We have implemented a wide-range of changes in order to minimise disruption and maintain our normal high levels of service as much as possible during this current global situation.

In accordance with latest guidance from the UK Government, the Motocaddy offices are currently CLOSED and staff that are able to work remotely are now doing so. Due to this our phone lines are currently unavailable, however our Customer Support team can still be contacted using the LiveChat service through our website and via email at info@motocaddy.com.

Although our warehouse is now working to a reduced rota, we will endeavour to dispatch orders as regularly as possible, while applauding the vital services being offered by courier companies and have introduced a wide-range of additional safety and social distancing measures to ensure the health and well-being of our colleagues. Motocaddy deliveries will understandably take longer than normal. We have increased our delivery estimation to 7 working days and temporarily disabled the 'Next Working Day' delivery option. Our Customer Support team are able to provide a more accurate indication of dispatch timelines if needed.
