Order acceptance

An order is not accepted until your credit/charge/debit card is processed. The card will not be processed until we have verified that your order can be fulfilled from stock. Any e-mail, on-screen receipt or other acknowledgement of your order is merely to report that your request has been received and does not in any way denote acceptance of your order regardless of any wording on the e-mail or the receipt. Motocaddy Limited reserves the right, at any time prior to acceptance, to refuse any order or any part of an order, or to require further or better information to enable it to evaluate and/or process the order.

Without prejudice to the statutory rights afforded to consumers under English law, Motocaddy Limited accepts no liability for any failure to ship products where this results from its inability to do so or its decision on reasonable grounds not to do so, provided that it takes all reasonable steps to notify you within fourteen (14) days of order placement that products will not be shipped as ordered. In such cases, Motocaddy Limited will not process any payment.

MyCaddy customisation

By going through the MyCaddy ordering process and completing the checkout fully, it is deemed that the order content has been approved by the consumer (including customisation text if applicable). No changes can be made once the order has been placed and any changes required after this point will incur a cost. MyCaddy orders will be delivered within 10 working days (subject to item availability).
