The new app has been completely redesigned and now includes a host of visual and user enhancements, lifesaving AED & CPR features (available in the UK & Ireland only), plus statistical tracking to help golfers gain further insight into their game.

Proudly supported by Heart Research UK, the new Motocaddy GPS app can indicate the availability and location of on-course defibrillators and provide golfers with Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) instructions to administer to anyone suffering a cardiac arrest whilst playing golf. This brand new feature has been backed by over 700 golf clubs across the UK and Ireland and has the potential to save lives on the course.

All new cutting-edge course graphics minimise data and battery usage, whilst allowing the app to run faster and more efficiently than ever before. Enhanced visuals combine with advanced functionality, creating all new 2D and 3D course maps*, optional distance overlay, and aerial flyovers*. The useful Hazard Planning feature offers lay-up and approach distances to any point on each hole, ensuring golfers are always ready for their next shot.
Crunch the Numbers
The upgrade also boasts a range of useful tools to help golfers keep track of their game. In-game statistics such as: number of putts taken, fairways hit and greens in regulation are all recordable, whilst the new score tracking system helps golfers stay ahead of the pack.
Ready to CONNECT
The Motocaddy GPS app has also been developed to allow pairing with any Motocaddy 'CONNECT' trolley model via a Bluetooth® connection on a compatible smartphone; allowing the trolley's screen to display front, middle and back distances to the green along with par of the hole and clock. It also offers a round timer and shot measurement - both fully controllable from the trolley handle, plus optional smartphone notifications.
All app users are encouraged to register when prompted to make full use of the extensive range of app features. Registered users receive a number of benefits including quicker start-up, plus access to 3D maps and hole flyover features. Existing app registrations are not transferred into the new app.
Get Connected
Motocaddy CONNECT trolley owners will need to re-pair the app with their device. The process is incredibly easy and can be initiated via the "Pair Device" button on the app home screen. Pairing should take less than a minute, but it is recommended to pair your device and check for any firmware updates (via the "My Device" button) prior to getting to the first tee. Existing pairings are not transferred into the new app.
